Due to the nature of custom artwork, all sales are final. 

Damages and issues

Although your order will be packaged with the utmost care, sometimes damage can occur during shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.   Send documentation of the damaged order (photos/description) to carolynhepburnstudio@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
