Shipping policy

 

Although most orders leave the studio within 5 business days, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed for shipping. Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. 

Once your order is processed, it is passed off to the courier for shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. Shipping may also be affected by delivery delays due to postal service disruptions. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to follow along on your order's journey. If your order becomes delayed or lost, I will need to file a claim with the courier. Please reach out to me as soon as possible at carolynhepburnstudio@gmail.com to report any of the above delivery issues. 

Please note: Prints that are sent via. lettermail do not include a tracking number or insurance if your package is lost. It is at your own risk. 

Orders are only accepted from within Canada at this time.
